From the Suncoast Parkway: Exit Brooksville (Cortez Blvd). Turn right onto Hwy 50 and travel approximately 5 miles heading east. Bear right at light where 50A (alternate) and Hwy 50 meet. Go past the US Post Office and turn left onto Emerald Springs Way. Follow to the entrance of Brook Haven. The leasing center is on the left, inside the clubhouse.
